Nasa's Shuttle Challenger bore the brunt of the early shuttle missions during 1983-4 and was used 9 times before its tragic loss in 1986. Launched on 3/2/84 STS-41-B was significant as it was on this 4th flight that the Manned Manouvering Unit (MMU) was used on the first untethered spacewalk.
